Commercial Collection Agency Association The CCAA represents commercial collection agencies in the United States certified by the Commercial Law League of America. The CCAA is ” focused on service and protection for the commercial credit community, and works to elevate the standards of the industry by providing educational, legislative, promotional and administrative services for its members.” Check out the free literature section for tips on debt collection and taking nonpaying customers to court. You can also register for their online debt collection course (cost: about $250) and receive debt collection certification at the end of it.
