Meeting Manager is a Microsoft Windows desktop application which calculates the real time, live cost of a meeting based on the attendees at the meeting.

The purpose of Meeting Manager is to keep meetings on track and as time efficient as possible by highlighting to all present the cost of the meeting in real time. Meetings on occasion can loose focus, change track and just completely go off the rails for any number of reasons. Meeting Manager gives the meeting participants a sense of urgency to return to the topic of the meeting or conclude the meeting as quickly as possible by detailing the exact cost.
